How your selection works
Before you help someone at home, you go through a clear selection. That way families and seniors know who is coming.
Detailed questionnaire
Profile, education, motivation, tasks and documents. For example: which ages of children do you already have experience with? Or how have you helped seniors before?
Administrative check
We check that your documents and details are correct and complete, so you can move on smoothly.
Personal conversation
A conversation with our digital assistant about your motivation and experience. Think of: how do you handle a child who will not listen? Or what would you talk about with a senior?
Approval
Our team reviews your questionnaire and conversation. Only then can you start.
Afterwards
After every visit, you and the client both leave a review. Matching on availability, location and fit, with insurance and our follow-up.
